LOOP16 Creative offers web design, SEO strategy, branding, digital marketing, and related creative services, tailored to meet client goals.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information, timely materials (e.g. logos, copy), and access needed for project completion.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees are defined in your proposal or invoice. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) will be specified per project. Invoices unpaid past due date may incur interest or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our original design work, templates, code, tools, and methodologies.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for your stated purpose.

We may showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive for high-quality deliverables per specifications. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes (e.g. search ranking improvements). Services are provided "as‑is" without warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches and fails to remedy within a specified period. Upon termination, outstanding fees are immediately due.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Surat, Gujarat.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
